Mrs. Zola Sheets Billings, age 80, of North Wilkesboro, died Thursday, November 04, 2004 at Avante at Wilkesboro.

Burial will be in the Sheets Gap Cemetery.

Mrs. Billings was born February 9, 1924 in Wilkes County to Eugene and Rose Dancy Sheets. She was retired from American Drew Furniture and attended Friendship Church of the Brethren.

Two husbands, Smith Roten and Don Clay Billings preceded her in death.

She is survived by: two sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Arlie and Kathy Roten of Taylorsville, Rev. Jerry and Edith Roten of Sparta; one step-daughter, Wanda Billings Warden of Winston-Salem; five step-sons, Morris Billings of Hays, Ronnie Billings of North Wilkesboro, Tony Billings of Pfafftown, Dean Billings of Danbury, Steve Billings of Winston-Salem; one sister, Agnes S. Mash of North Wilkesboro; one brother, Willie Junior Sheets of Millers Creek; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, 14 step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
