She lived on a farm picking cotton as a little girl and was raised in the Southern Baptist church along with her 8 brothers and sisters,
Our mom was a true Southern Bell.
She joined the Navy as a Wave where she met our father, Chief Petty Officer Roy William Sargent. They soon married.
She is survived by her Son Bobby (Karen) Sargent, Daughters Sharon Sargent-Brimm and Rhonda Osborne (Tommy). Grandchildren: Brandi (Steve) Fountain, Jamie (Jon) Beattie, Dakota (Hailey) Osborne. Great Grand Children: William, Aby, Steven, Jaydon, Noah, Aubriella, Bella, Twins Asher and Phoenix and Sophia.
My mom loved Dancing, Jimmy Swaggart and Elvis; as she would always say 'I did it my way'…
Mom lived a good life, she was always happy; never letting anything bother her, always carefree.
We love and miss you mom, but know your 'Dancing on those Golden Streets' like she always told us she would do.
