In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons; N. Wayne (Jeanette) Fulmer of Trenton, S.C. and Marshall (Thelma) Fulmer of Graniteville, S. C., a daughter-in-law; Dianne Fulmer of Aiken, S.C., four grandchildren; Elese (Bill) Cegelis, Denise (Bobby) Towson, Michael Fulmer and Keith (Treena) Fulmer, five great grandchildren, a brother, Paul G. Fulmer, four sisters; Edith Willette, Sara Brown, Cleo Peters and Betty Sargent.
He was preceded in death by a son, Donald L. Fulmer and three brothers; Wilson, Norris and Wardlaw Fulmer.
He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a very dedicated and active member of St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville, S.C. He was a member of the Archie Dodgen Sunday School Class, the Lutheran Men and served on various committees in the Church. He was a member of the Graniteville Leisure Years Club. He was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corp having served in Jacksonboro and Laurens, S.C.
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at 3:00 PM at St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville with Rev. Barry Antley officiating.
The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Hiram Redd, Ralph Abreo, Noel Nichols, Ronnie Johnson, Don Hatcher, Bobby Reece and Tony Carroll.
The family will receive friends at the residence in Graniteville or tonight, Tuesday, September 26 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Napier Funeral Home.
