Early Frank Pruitt, 52, died February 17, 1955, at his residence. Interment was at Crest Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Pruitt was a native of Cherokee County, where he lived most of his early life. He moved to Cobb County in 1919, where he had been a resident until his death.
Mr. Pruitt is survived by his wife Maud; step-daughter Mrs. Jack Gaines, Cartersville; step-son Charles Kemp, Nashville, Tenn.; father and step-mother Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Pruitt, of Marietta; sisters Nellie (Paul) Howard, Lucile (Cas) Chambers, Vera Mae (Jim) Trout, all of Marietta; Emma Benson, Kennesaw; half-sister Hazel (Tom) McLeod, Newnan; and brother Wade Pruitt, of Marietta.
