In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Tonya Ewing and brother, Tony Whitesides.
Tammy retired from Lincoln County School District, she loved the beach, and she loved children. She never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Tommy, her son Lee, the joy of her life, granddaughter Journey Sossamon, her brother Terry Whitesides (Dana) and her sister-in-law, Dawn Sossamon.
Her memory will be cherished by numerous extended family and friends.
A time of visitation with the family will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021, at 2pm at Clover Liberty Pentecostal, 1045 N Main St, Clover, SC 29710, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3pm.
