Mr. James Scott "Scotty" Austin, age 54, of 250 Old English Rd., Union, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Austin was born August 6, 1967 in Union, a son of Teresa Freeman Austin of Union and the late Junior Austin.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a daughter, Kaycie Austin of Tennessee; five sons, Christopher Austin of Bishopville, James Nicolas Austin and wife Lauren of Union, Daniel Elliott Austin and wife Taylor of Piedmont, William Matthew Austin of Newberry, and Dalton Austin of Union; two brothers, Monty Austin and Kenneth Austin both of Union; and four grandchildren, Bella Reese Austin, Amia Truly Wade, Jameson Urijah Austin, and Aubrey Jayde Austin.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday Evening, October 5, 2021 at the home of his mother, 250 Old English Rd., Union.
