Erected by Patrick Hahesy of Newchurch in memory of
his father James Hahesy who died 7th of April 1856 aged 67 years
Also his mother Margaret Hahesy alais Casey who died 2nd June 1829 aged 28 years
Also his sister Catherine who died young
The above Patrick Hahesy died June 9th 1901 aged 76.
And his wife Ellen died March 14th 1907 aged 74.

In fond and grateful remembrance of
Thomas Hahesy Aughmore who died 16th April 1893 aged 72 years
He was a good father and a kind and charitable man
When possessed of means he cheerfully gave to the poor and sheltered the homeless
Heaven we fervently pray be now his home
Also his wife and his family that are interred here
And his son Thomas Hahesy who died 5th Nov 1942 aged 99 years
And Mary the widow of Thomas Hahesy who died 5th Aug. 1947, aged 80 yrs
Also their daughters Margaret Hahesy who died 27th Dec. 1983, aged 92 yrs
May Hahesy who died 24th May 1884, aged 82 yrs.
