Mary Frances Halphen, age 79, of White Oak Road in Irvine, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Clark Regional Medical Center following a long illness. She was born October 1, 1941 in Saxon, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late William and Maggie Hall McDaniels. She was a homemaker and was of the Church of God faith. She had lived in Estill County most of her life.
She is survived by:
1 daughter: Michelle Means - Irvine
3 sons: Mike (April) Jones - Stanton
Shawn (Pam) Jones - Irvine
Kevin (Angela) Jones - Irvine
1 sister: Rosa Burris - Ohio
