Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Crouse, aged 75 years, died at her home at 822 West Second street, this city, yesterday morning, at 3:10 o'clock, following an illness of complications which lasted one week. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Minnich, and was born in Milnesville. She spent 43 years of her life in this city, and was a member of the Emmanuel's Reformed church. Surviving are her husband, John C. Crouse, and the following children: Stella, Alice and Martha, at home, Mrs. John Bommer, Walter C. Crouse, and Mrs. Alma Dorneman, all of this city. Sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon, from the residence, with services to be private. Interment will be in the Vine street cemetery.
