Floella Mae Keefer (Aunt Flo/MeMa) went home to be with our Lord Jesus on Tuesday night, June 22, 2021, in Ft. Worth, TX.

Floella was born October 20, 1927, in Justin, TX. Her parents, Arthur Winfield Parr and Viola Parr lived in Justin, TX while growing up. She graduated high school in 1945 then later in the year married her sweetheart Melvin Robert Keefer on November 3, 1945, at Saginaw Baptist Church in Saginaw, TX. They were married 65 years.

She loved being involved in the church with her friends from Sunday School class. She loved her pastor and her church family. She was a supervisor for an insurance company for 20 years. She served as a library aid at Boswell High School.

Floella was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Viola Parr; husband, Melvin Keefer; son, Glenn Keefer; sisters, Wanda Stacy and husband James Stacy; Coline Willis and husband John Willis.

She is survived by her Grandchildren, Lynn Edwards and her husband Ken Edwards; Scott Keefer and his wife Ashley Keefer; Great-Grandchildren, Amanda Howell, Jaxon Keefer; David Oswald, Matthew Oswald, Katherine Oswald; her sister, Nona Belle Watts and husband Harlie Lee Watts; and innumerable nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends and family that loved and cherished her very much.
