Mass of Christian Burial services to celebrate the life of Mr. Allen Winegeart will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Mary Mother of Jesus Christ Catholic Church, Woodworth, with Father Paul LaPalme officiating. Interment will follow in Alexandria Memorial Gardens, Woodworth, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mr. Winegeart, 58, of Forest Hill, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA.

He was a parishioner of Mary Mother of Jesus Catholic Church in Woodworth and was raised attending New Hope Baptist Church in Calcasieu. He was an inventory control coordinator for Roy O. Martin, OSB, Oakdale, for the past thirty-eight years. He was a founding volunteer firefighter at the Oakhill Volunteer Fire Department and also a founding member and Vice-President of Brother's Keeper, MC, Pineville Chapter. He was a gun enthusiast and also enjoyed photography. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his father, George Winegeart; and his mother, Joann Winegeart.

Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty years, Pat Theils Winegeart, of Forest Hill; two sons, Bobby Winegeart and his wife, Hannah, of Hineston and Aaron Winegeart, of Hineston; one brother, Jim Winegeart and his wife, Belinda, of Pollock; and two grandchildren, Wyatt Winegeart and Bella "Izzy" Winegeart.

A Christian wake service will be held at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Friday, September 3, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. and visitation will remain open until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at the church, on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. until time of services.

Pallbearers honored to serve are: Kenny Blair, Mickey Christy, Cody Fitzgerald, Andy Walters, Cole Bryant and Eric Hilton. Honorary pallbearer will be Donald Robinson.
