Owing to ill health, she disposed of her Smith county land a few years ago and made her home with her children.
She became a member of the Christian church in Illinois when but a girl but in late years her health failed her and she was unable to attend church, but enjoyed reading her Bible and spent much time in study and was an apt and persistent student in search of the truth.
