Bill and Elva Silvers welcomed his birth on May 30, 1929 and he married Mary Ellen Dry on July 19, 1951 in Stillwater, OK. His military service was at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Tx 1951-1953 where he worked in the motor pool. In addition to construction work, he served as Payne County District 3 Road Foreman and in retirement, he baled hay and enjoyed woodworking. Lost Creek Methodist Church held his membership.
Those preceding him were his wife; parents; son Gary Silvers; brother Raymond Silvers and sister Darlene Warren.
Survivors include sons Richard Dean Silvers (Faye) and Donald Keith Silvers (Brenda); grandchildren Colt Silvers (Sarah), Bailey Silvers and Ria Rainer (Justin); great-grandchildren Ryder Moore, Brynlee Rainer, Jaycee Rainer, Maya Rainer, and Lila Silvers; and brother Glen Silvers (Phyllis).
