Rufus Ellis WATTS (some how written with those quill ink pens, his name was transcribed in error to "Robert" ) married Sarah Ann Presley.
Rufus Ellis WATTS, son of Martha WATTS and Jacob WATTS (same last name). Martha and Jacob WATTS married in 1841 in Lumpkin County, Georgia but went for awhile to live in Tennessee where their first children were born before settling by 1850 in Morgan County, Alabama, then by 1860 in Blount County, Alabama. (see below).

For their Georgia military service, Martha's older siblings were granted Bounty Lands located in North Alabama. Martha named her son after one of her brothers also named Rufus Ellis WATTS. The families moved to Alabama.

On 1865 January 27, Rufus Ellis married Sarah A. Presley, age 25, in Blount County, Alabama by G. W. Culver, Jr.
(Note: George Washington CULVER, (Jr)'s nephew Montgomery CULVER married Matilda Elisabeth WATTS, half-sister to my Grandfather.)

Both Rufus and wife Sarah WATTS died between 1870 and 1880 as by 1880 their sons William, age 15, and Wiley A. WATTS, age 9, moved with Grandma Martha WATTS and her brother Rufus Ellis WATTS (Sr). And their son Cicero WATTS, age 14, moved in with Martha's other brother Samuel J. WATTS. (see below)
Note: Martha's husband Jacob WATTS born 1814 also died some time before 1879 as Martha moved in w/ bro Rufus Ellis WATTS.

Together Sarah Ann and Rufus Ellis WATTS was suppose to have 6 children (per descendants). The only one I have been able to locate is William Henderson WATTS.
