It is believed that Mary was stillborn. Her birth may have caused serious complications which resulted in her mother's death two weeks later. Her tombstone is the third largest and is badly worn and faded. Most of the inscriptions are unreadable, but the words " dau of Dr. Jho W. and Deanie M Boatner' can be made out.
