PHILLIPSBURG, Kan.- Robert C. Elliott Sr., 81, died Saturday at a hospital in Hays, Kan. Mr. Elliott was born in Phillipsburg and was a lifelong resident. He owned and operated the Elliott Hardware Store from 1935 until his retirement in 1964. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Phillipsburg.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys, of the home; two sons, Rev. Robert C. Elliott Jr., Gower, Mo., and Richard Elliott, Phillipsburg; three daughters, Norma Jean Bell, Gervais, Ore., Anita Eliott, Russell, Kan.,and Linda Imm, Phillipsburg two sisters, Nellie McCue and Eva Shaw, both of Phillipsburg; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending at the Ollff-Boeue Funeral Home in Phillipsburg
