ROMNEY, Oct. 3
--Joseph Whisler, 84, died at 6 a.m. today at his home here. He was a native of Ohio and was a member of the Presbyterian church here.
Surviving are two sons and a daughter, a sister, Miss Harriett Whisler and a brother, William Whisler, both of Romney. The body was taken to the king funeral home, Linden.
