William D Pence, son of Daniel and Elizabeth Pence, was born in Champaign County, January 20, 1817, and died at his home in Concord Twp, May 9, 1900, aged 83 years, 7 months, 22 days. He was married to Miss Elizabeth Riker, October 20, 1842. There were born unto this union four children, three sons and one daughter. On the 8th day of January, 1854, his beloved wife passed away. He again married to Miss Jennetta McDaniel who survives him. Services at the Millerstown Reformed Church by Rev JW Yeisly. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery.
