Mr. Cecil C. Spigener, 78, died Friday, August 25, 1995, at Willis-Knighton Medical Center. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home, Sunday, August 27, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, in the chapel of Osborn Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Crawford Williams of Ingleside Baptist Church of which Mr. Spigener was a member. Burial will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery.
Mr. Spignener is survived by his wife, Faye Chandler Spigener, daughter Lynette Thompson of Shreveport, son Ron Spigener and wife Tina of Lewisville, TX; sisters Lois James of Athens, LA, and Betty martin of Shreveport; brothers Joseph B. Spigener of Shreveport and Tommy Spigener of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Heather Spigener, Matthew Thompson, Whitney, Spigener, Todd Spigener, Stewart Thompson, Drew Spigener, Chase Spigener and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to Ingleside Baptist Church or to The National Kidney Foundation.
