Most likely 4 month old Alondo S. Chapline was Sterling Chapline listed on the marker at Primrose Cemetery.
The 1900 US Federal Census showed that Sterling's mother had nine children of which only four were still living in 1900. Sterling is not listed with the Chapline family in the 1900 US Federal Census and no other mention of Alondo Sterling Chapline has been found.
