Age 79, died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at her Puyallup home. She was born on November 15, 1928 in Minneapolis, MN. She moved to Portland, OR in 1943 where she met Robert Dernbach. They were married on August 21, 1948 and moved their family to Tacoma, WA in 1958 where they lived until they retired. She enjoyed bowling, trips to Reno, the Seattle Mariners, and her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Bob; her five children, David of Dublin, CA, Art (Frances) of Richland, WA, Mary (Rod) Amundson of Auburn, WA, Barbara (Denny) Rodgers, and Pat (Ed) Knoben, both of Puyallup; and nine grandchildren. Dolores is also survived by her sister, Jeanne M. Cook of Portland, OR. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet DuLaney and her parents. Services will be held on Friday, November 23 at 2:00PM at Powers Funeral Home Chapel in Puyallup, WA. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Franciscan Hospice.
