Nancy's death certificate lists her husband as Nathan Peterson -- Nancy and Nathan's names are incorrectly spelled as Peaterson throughout. Anthony's son took Anthony's body to Nebraska for burial, his obit only mentioned the name of Anthony's first wife, and said Anthony was a widower, even tho Nancy was living with him when he died.
Nancy's obit follows, it is unknown why it is incorrectly published as "Susan" Peterson, other than Nancy's mother's name is Susan, the editor may have transposed names. Nancy died in the Cass County Home, Harrisonville.

Mother of Mrs. Lloyd Kinnison is Buried at Creighton
Mrs. Susan* Ann Peterson, 89 years, 11 months and 24 days old, mother of Mrs. Lloyd Kinnison of Pleasant Hill, died Sunday in Harrisonville, having been ill several months after suffering a hip fractures. Also surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Morris, LaCygne KS and Mrs. Howard Miller, Belton.
The body was brought to the Brownfield funeral home here, and services were conducted at the Christian church in Creighton, Tuesday afternoon. Burial at Creighton cemetery.
Mrs. Peterson, born July 5, 1858, at Creighton, married Jesse Richard gregg on March 8 1878; they had eight children, of whom the three daughters named are the only survivors. Mr. Gregg died March 20, 1929, and his widow married Anthony C. Peterson, who died some six years later.
Mrs. Peterson was a member of the Christian church.
