Mrs. Ann Throneberry, age 76, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, died Friday, August 16, 2013 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mrs. Throneberry was born in Bedford County and was a daughter of the late John Taft and Jennie Florence Perryman Haskins. She was retired after 30 years of service in the cafeteria at Central High School in Shelbyville. Mrs. Throneberry was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard B. Throneberry, who died in April of 2013 and by her sisters, Florence Hargrove, Virginia Molder and Ruby Patterson.

Mrs. Throneberry is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Dennis Swan, Shelbyville, TN; son, Terry Throneberry, Shelbyville, Tennessee; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Family members will receive friends on Sunday, August 18, 2013 for 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 19, 2013 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Lane officiating. Burial will follow in Haskins Cemetery in the Clay Hill Community.
