Mr. Garry Moore Westrick, age 63, of Lockport, Kentucky entered this life on May 14, 1958 in Carrollton, Kentucky to the late Ronald C. and Byrl Rae Harmon Westrick. He retired from the United States Army after 21 years of service. Garry also served as a volunteer fireman and EMT with the Trimble County Fire & Rescue, plus worked at Wal-Mart for 11 years in maintenance, janitorial and stocking. Garry never met a stranger, enjoyed word search puzzles, delighted in long drives through the country and loved his nieces and nephews. He was a member of Asphalt Angels Car Club and Major Samuel Woodfill Post No. of the American Legion. Garry was baptized in the Milton Christian Church. Garry died on Friday, July 2, 2021, at 4:45 p.m. at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

A LOVING FAMILY
Garry will be missed by his loving sister, Ronda L. Westrick of Madison, Indiana; his loving nephews, Ronald David Wilson and his wife, Jamie of Colorado, Bobby Wayne Westrick of Lockport, Kentucky; his loving nieces, Aleatha Westrick of McKee, Kentucky, Rebecca Westrick Lewis and her husband, Thomas of Madison, Indiana; his great nieces and nephews, William David McQueary, Nolan Reed Wilson, Carolyn Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Zoe Wilson, Tyler Westrick (Jazzmyne), Bailey Westrick, Tayler Westrick and Nathaniel Moore; his great great niece, Alayiah Westrick; his loving aunts, Wanda Sherman of Crittenden, Kentucky, Gayle Harmon of Florence, Indiana, Joy Romans of Madison, Indiana, Diane Helsey and her husband, Don of Carrollton, Kentucky, Nadine McCane and her husband, Daniel of Milton, Kentucky; his loving uncles, Freddie Westrick of Milton, Kentucky, Logan Westrick, Jr. and his wife, Nancy of Tipton, Indiana, William Michael Westrick and his wife, Dawnice of Bedford, Kentucky, Keith Harmon and his wife, Sharon of Bedford, Kentucky, Johnny Harmon and his wife, Wanda of Milton, Kentucky, Steve Harmon of Hamilton, Ohio, and Frances McFarland. He was preceded in death by his parents Ronald Westrick and Byrl Rae Harmon Westrick, his sister Nancy Carol Westrick Moore died May 23, 1986, and his nephews Edward A. Westrick died July 28, 1999 and Cody R. Moore died in 2015.

FUNERAL CEREMONY and MILITARY HONORS
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., by Brother Logan Westrick, Jr. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow with full military honors at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana.

VISITATION
Friends may call Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana.
