Bill retired from Ford Motor Company after 31 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Carolyn; his daughters Evelyn Benton Gaither, Susan Benton Mosack, and Pamela La Follette; his sister Vickie Hall; his grandchildren Joseph Kemmerer, Natalie Benavente, Kolleen Kemmerer-Flores, Brad Kemmerer, and Justin William La Follette; and great-grandchildren Brianna, Evie, Braylen, Thomas, Ryliegh, Jrue, and Noah.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harold La Follette & Norma Jean (nee Gabbei) Goss; his brothers Junior, Jimmy, and Donnie; and his sisters Phyllis Bryant and Debbie Hall.
Viewing will be from 12-2 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East with funeral starting at 2 p.m. at 10722 E. Washington Street in Indianapolis. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
