Four children: Tina Evans, Eugene Poindexter (Allison), Kenneth Poindexter and Donna Rick (Scott); ten grandchildren: Mark Blackburn, Kent Blackburn, Alexis "Nikki" Sherfey (Kyle), Casey Evans (fiancée Shelby Wood), Jesse Poindexter, Lauren Poindexter (fiancé Cristian Johnson), Clay Poindexter, Euna Sarah "Paige" Burgess, Trae Rick and Margaret Poindexter; three great-grandchildren: Draylan Sherfey, McKenzie Blackburn (fiancé Tanon Largent) and Marcus Blackburn; one great-great-grandchild: Kenley Largent; and many extended family members and friends.
