Bernard Donald "Whistle" White, 91, of Cameron, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021, at a Hearne nursing facility. There are no services planned at this time. It was Mr. White's wishes to be cremated and his ashes scattered at his favorite places.
Mr. White was born November 16, 1929, in Cameron, to Alma and Mattie Lou (Thrasher) White. He retired from Alcoa, as an electrician. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a Methodist.
Mr. White is survived by his wife, Billie Jo White of Jones Prairie, and one Beverly Wenzel of Cameron. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Jennifer Mueck and Shannon Bell, both of Cameron, and Layne Williams of Houston. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Donny White.
Arrangements are under the direction of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.
