Nellie was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Forman; mother, Dorothy Wardell; and stepfather, Donald Wardell. Nellie will be missed by aunt, Margaret (Curran) Moos of Newark, DE; aunt, Rosemarie Ewing of Stewart, FL; uncle, Anthony Curran of Lewisville, TX; and numerous cousins around the country.
