Jerry Dean Hollon, 84, of Amarillo, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Amarillo. He was born on March 17, 1937 in Hobbs, NM to the late Glen Hollon and Lucille Loyd Hollon. He was married to Janice Hollon, who preceded him in death in 2012. Mr. Hollon was a retired truck driver and served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Thomas and husband Rich of Pampa and Tangela Hollon of Amarillo; one son, Andy Branscum of Amarillo; three sisters, Cokey Hearn, Barbara Hearn and Peggy Yandell; grandchildren, Stephanie, Joe Bob, Justin, Jared, Misty, Shauna, Shasteena, Shaston, Christopher and Joshua; numerous great grandchildren and three very special ones, Tyson, Janeice and Tyler.

A visitation will be Thursday evening, June 24, 2021 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Home, 1505 Martin Rd, Amarillo, TX. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, June 25, 2021 at the LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Pampa, TX.
