Louise married:
1) Roy Edward "Ed" Knott - m. 12 Apr 1952, in Cleburne County, Alabama. They divorced shortly thereafter.
2) Vernon Edward McElroy - m. 19 Feb 1955, in Buchanan, Haralson County, Georgia.

Obituary:
Services for Louise McElroy, 73, of Fruithurst were held Oct. 2 at Mt. Paran Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Pike officiating.

Burial followed in the Camp Creek Cemetery.

Dryden Funeral Home was in charge of the services.

Mrs. McElroy died Sept. 30.

She was born Set. 30. She was a native and lifelong resident of Fruithurst. She was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Biggers.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Dane Dingler of Fruithurst; two sons, Steve McElroy of Fruithurst and Ronald and wife Beverly of Fruithurst; four grandchildren, Jonathan Biggers, MaKayla Biggers, Brooke Dingler, Dari Dingler and great-grandchild, Trey Brown.
