MRS. ALMA L. NUFER
Mrs. Alma L. Nufer of 4397 Cover St., Riverside, died in a Riverside hospital Wenesday at 9:30 p.m.
Mrs. Nufer was born April 18, 1881, in Branch County, Mich. She came to California from Michigan in 1911 and lived in Inglewood until moving to Palmer Canyon in Claremont in 1938. She moved to Pomona in 1958 and resided here until moving to her son's home in Riverside last June.
She leaves two sons, Landon S. Nufer of Pomona and William Starr Nufer of Riverside; a niece, Mrs. Margaret M. Nord of Sherman Oaks; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Todd Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Gertrude L. Tuntland, pastor of Unity Church, will officiate. Interment will be made in Inglewood Park Cemetery beside the remains of Mrs. Nufer's husband, William F. Nufer, who died in 1956.
