JASPER MAN IS CALLED BY DEATH
RENSSELAER, Feb. 15.--(Special)--Joseph Payne, 68, Kankakee township farmer, was found dead in bed Friday evening. His death was attributed to heart failure. Mr. Payne was born in 1863 and was a son of William and Mary Payne. He was a bachelor and lived alone. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at San Pierre.
