Mrs. Margaret Howell
ASHEVILLE--Margaret Gash Howell, 65, wife of Hugh B. Howell, 7 Sunset Terrace, died Monday morning at her home.
Native of Spartanburg; resident of Asheville for 40 years; daughter of the late William C. and Iola Bagwell Gash; member of First Baptist Church.
Also surviving: son, Hugh B. Howell Jr. of Richardson, Tex.; sisters, Mrs. J.C. Culbreath of Lumberton,N.C., Mrs. Joe Holmes and Mrs. Paul Dill of Spartanburg; brother, Roy E. Gash of Vero Beach, Fla.; two grandchildren.
Services 11 Wednesday at First Baptist Church; graveside services 3 Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Dr. Cecil Sherman.
Family will receive friends 7-8 tonight at Groce Funeral Home, Asheville.
