Born in Spartanburg, SC on Sept. 19, 1908, she wsa preceded in death by her husband, J Charlie Culbreath, of Lumberton NC.

Survived by a son, Dr. J Charles Culbreath of Winston-Salem; and daughter, Nancy Culbreath Bibby of Concord, NC.

A memorial service was held at Salem Funeral Home in Winston-Salem on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at 7:30 PM.

A funeral service was held at First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, SC on Sunday, January 2, 2011, at 3:00 PM.
