Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Peace Lutheran Church in Deshler with the Rev. Delmar Klover officiating. Burial will be in the Deshler Cemetery.
Mr. Bauer was born July 24, 1929, in Jefferson County. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion at Ruskin. He farmed for many years in the Oak area.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly of Oak; two daughters, Mrs. Kelly
(Pamela) Ficken of Davenport and Kathy Bauer of Oak; one son, Terry
of Oak; one sister, Mrs. Arthur (Twila) Brettmann of Deshler; and four grandchildren.
Urbauer Funeral Home at Davenport is in charge of arrangements.
