Reba Elizabeth Hudson Gillespie, 85, wife of the late James Edward "Bud" Gillespie, passed away June 1, 2021.
Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late L.B. and Lois Hiott Hudson. She retired from Gerber Childrenswear and was a member of Bessie Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by son, Stan Gillespie (Katie) of Belton; sister, Elaine Barrett of West Pelzer; two grandchildren, Dawn Rogers (Andy) and Brandi Rochester; five great-grandchildren, Jonathon (Yvette), Hailey, and Kyle Rogers, Jaida and Anna Rochester; two step-grandsons, Johnny and Lee Smith; nine step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter, Reese.
She was predeceased by son, Dale Gillespie; five sisters, Mildred Alexander, Rachel Trotter, Blanche Barwick, Jane Holcombe, Barbara McClellan; four brothers, Henry, Bill, John "Goat", and Charles Hudson; and step-grandson, Shane Autry.
Burial at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
