Survived by her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Percy Garafano, Mrs. Arthur Leitch Jr., Mrs. Francis Bacon, Miss Stephanie Lemanski and Mrs. John Byrd; three sons, Edward, Lawrence and Edmund Lemanski; a sister, Mrs. Mary Malcik, and a brother, Frank Zajk, also three brothers in Poland; 13 grandchildren.

Predeceased by her son William Lemanski was lost in an Air Force bombing mission over Europe during World War II.

Burial Bellevue Cemetery, Adams, Massachusetts.
