NEWPORT NEWS - Michael D. Benbow, 30, died Thursday, Sept. 21, in Riverside Regional Medical Center.
A native of Randolph County, N.C., Mr. Benbow was a Peninsula resident for 28 years and a member of Parkview Church of God. he was employed as an electrician by NASA for eight years.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Wilson Benbow; a daughter, Jennifer Benbow of Smithfield; his mother, Nancy W. Benbow of Franklinville, N.C.; and a brother, Max A. Benbow of Asheboro, N.C.
Arrangement are incomplete. Peninsula Funeral Home is in charge.
The family will receive friends from 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
