Born in Oklahoma City, Ok on June 17, 1937 to Guy (Pop) Warren and Reathie (Mama) Warren, the third child of nine siblings.
He graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1955.
Bill was a master carpenter, who had two businesses (The Carpentry Shop and Best Door Garage Company), both located in Wichita Falls, Tx. Bill moved back to Wichita Falls in 1979 after living in Ruidoso, NM. Bill loved family and friends. He never met a stranger, as he enjoyed having conversations with all folks. He was an animal lover and horse racing enthusiast.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Rita Gail Warren along with two sons, Clay Warren of Azle, Tx and Chris Warren from Ruidoso, NM.
No services were planned, but a celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
