William Ivy Barnhart was born on Oct 9, 1895 in Tuscumbia, Missouri to Randalph/Randolph Adam Barnhart and Rosa A. Cross Barnhart. William was the second of twelve children. His siblings included:

as of yet, I haven't found what day and month that William's wife Elsie died. Records show that they had a daughter named Mildred Anna Barnhart (m. Clifford W. Hartzel), but the records also show that she was born in 1920. William I. Barnhart and Elsie Irene Burks Barnhart couldn't have been married for more than 7 months. Also, William died on Jan 16, 1974 in Concord, Contra Costa County, California. I haven't found any records as to whether he was buried in California or in this cemetery with his wife. No records, as of yet, show if he ever remarried.
