Obituary of Adelaida Lansangan Aquino
Adelaida Lansangan Aquino, 84, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on May 4th, surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Adelaida was born on August 25th, 1936 to Gabino & Rosa Lansangan in Porac, Pampanga Philippines. In 1960 she met Benito and together they went on to have 2 children. Adelaida was a wonderful and loving mother who gave all to her family.
Adelaida was well known throughout Porac, Pampanga and Bridal Shop, Pensacola, Florida by her exceptional seamstress skills making dresses and anything else that needed a few stitches. The "O.G. Original Grandma" who helped raise her grandchildren and all of them went on to accomplish great things.
Adelaida was "Nanay and Ate" to all the people she met, a value she instilled in all those around her. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.
Adelaida was predeceased by her father, Gabino; her mother, Rosa; brother, Pepeng; sister Poling and her son, Renel. She is survived by her daughter Bernadette; her husband Benito; her 5 grandchildren, Maria, Randall, Ashley, Matthew and Abbyann; 4 great grandchildren, Sean, Miranda, Armanti and Addison and 3 siblings, Catalino, Viring, and Litang.
A prayer service for Adelaida will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129. A visitation will occur from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129. A reception will occur Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 7400 West Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89129. A cremation will occur.
