William "Boston" Cowan was from a pioneer family in Fremont Co. CO. He married Catherine Ann Cobley and they had two children, a son William and a daughter Wilma. Uncle Boston and Aunt Cassie lived on the Cobley family ranch in 12 Mile Park close to Canon City. They raised chickens and sold eggs for many years.
