Earl L. Broadwater, 75 of Kansas, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio. He was born on May 14, 1945 in Findlay to Earl S. and Opal (Crew) Broadwater. Earl married Phyllis Hawk on June 1, 1968 in Kansas and she survives.

Also surviving are his children; Brian (Megan) Broadwater and Earlene Moore both of Kansas, brother, Mike (Gloria) Broadwater of Fostoria, sisters, Karen (Ron) Griffin of Carey and Sharon (Roger) Thomas of Findlay also his granddaughter Montana Moore

Earl retired in 2001, 1963 graduate of Carey High School and received a degree from ITT in Chicago, IL he was a U.S. Army Veteran, he attended the Kansas United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Kansas Fire Department. Earl loved his animals, horse shows with his kids and 4-H shows with Montana. He always enjoyed Sunday dinners with his family, they meant everything to him. Earl never knew a stranger; he always enjoyed entertaining the neighborhood.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home in Fostoria with the Pastor Melissa Hart, officiating. Friends may call on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kansas Cemetery.
