Kay Capps McCracken Kelley was born September 6, 1926 in Marietta, Cass County, Texas, to Amos and Maude Hancock Capps. Kay married William Powell McCracken, Jr. who preceded her in death in 1982. She later married Don L. Kelley December in 1984.
Mrs. Kelley worked many years for Western Electric before her retirement. She was a member of the Midyett Baptist Church, enjoyed gardening, horses, and time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Lucy Myers, Lorene Hicks, and Laverne Powell, brothers, Ed, Alonzo and Melvin Capps.
