She was a native of Hamburg, MS, where she was born September 23, 1907, the daughter of William Joel and Emma Elizabeth Freeman, who preceeded her in death.
She is survived by her husband Richard J. Green, Sr.; one daughter, Mrs. J. R. Freeman, Natchez; three sons, Richard Green, Jr., Natchez, Lawrence Green of New Orleans, LA; Billy Green of Livermore, CA, five brothers, Lesslie Freeman, Natchez, Archie Freeman, Hamburg, MS, Ernest Freeman, Middleton, TX, Ivie Freeman, New Orleans, LA, Prentis Freeman, Beaumont, TX. Twenty grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Green was a memeber of the Fourth Street Church of Christ.
Time of the Funeral will be announced. The remains will be at the Laird Funeral Home at two pm.
