Rosemarie LaForest 59, of Midland, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 26, 2021 after her 20 year courageous battle with cancer. She was born to Wilfred and Linda (Alexander) Laforest on August 30, 1961. Rosemarie was a retiree from the Dow Chemical Company where she spent 25 years.
She was known for her warm smile and positive attitude. She enjoyed crafting, traveling, shopping, and anything that had to do with her grandchildren and her cats.
he is preceded in death by her Father Wilfred LaForest and her grandson Oliver Maraskine.
A memorial will be held graveside on Saturday May 8, 2021, 10 a.m. at Midland Municipal Cemetery 3017 Orchard Dr, Midland, MI 48640 Forestview Section Lot 134, for family and friends who wish to come say their goodbyes.
