PERU—Funeral services for Malinda Burdine, 69, 286 Carbon Ave., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Drake-Flowers Chapel. The Rev. George Hosetler will officiate and burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today. Mrs. Burdine died in Dukes Hospital at 11:10 a.m. Friday following several years' illness. Born in Denver, May 8, 1899, she was the daughter of Corwin and Lilly May McCain Leedy. She was married in 1920 to William W. Sutton who died in 1929. She later married Roy Burdine.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Robert Musgrave, Peru; and Mrs. Harriett Dilts, Royal Center; a son, William Gene
Sutton, Peru; five grandchildren, six-great-grandchildren and her foster mother, Mrs. Ella McCain, Star City.
