Mrs. Ruby Bell Filbert, 85, of 82-252 Valencia, Indio, died Wednesday in the Indio Convalescent Hospital after a short illness.
She was born in Wisconsin, but had lived in LaGrande Oregon before living in California for the last 50 years. She had lived in Indio for the last 15 years.
Surviving is a nephew, Raymond B. Harrison of Desert Center, California along with several Great Nieces and Nephews.
Friends may call at the Wenger Mortuary from 8 AM Saturday until the time of services at 10 AM in the chapel of the Desert there. Private interment will be held Monday morning in the Coachella Valley Cemetery.
