Mrs. Gladys Louise Immesote Davis, 24, died early today May 21, 1962 at her home, 219 Park Ave. Clinton, after a long illness, involving the heart. Louise was the daughter of O.B. and Beulah (Dewater) Immesote. She is survived by her husband, Howard Davis; a son, Stephen Howard Davis; a daughter, Glori Ann Davis, all at home ; her mother and step father Beulah and Chester Crain, Hutchinson, Kansas ; two sisters, Miss Sharolyn Immesote, Hutchinson, Kansas; and Mrs. Sue and William Corbitt, North Dakota ; three brothers, O. B. Immesote Jr. and Russell Immesote, both of Hutchinson, and Phillip Immesote with the U.S. Air Force. She also leaves Grandmothers Clara Etta(Adams)Dewater, of Waterloo, Iowa and Mrs. Flora Virgin, Hutchinson.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Second Baptist Church, Clinton, Tenn. of which she was a member. The Rev. George Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Clinton. The Family will receive Friends at Martin's Funeral Home, Clinton, from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
