Oleta Mae Moore, 94, died on April 18, 2021, in Bethany, Oklahoma. She was born July 4, 1926 in Bismark, Arkansas to Nathan and Junia Sanders. She married James Moore on December 10, 1949, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and preacher's wife.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her 7 siblings.
Survivors include her only child, Linda Van Valkenburg (Richard Brooks); her friend and companion, Allen Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Wednesday, 9am-8pm, with family present from 5-7pm at Mercer-Adams.
Services will be Thursday, April 22, 1:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Bethany Cemetery. The service will be live streamed on her obituary page.
